14TH MAY 2007 – OFFICIAL COCK-UP CLUB LAUNCH To celebrate the official launch of www.cockupclub.co.uk , the official website for the Cock-Up Club, an awards ceremony at the Travellers Club in London’s Pall Mall on May 14 will be held for existing Cock-Up Club members.

This ceremony will be led by Cock-Up Club founder Anthony Willoughby and will feature tales of almighty clangers made by honorary members, plus food and drinks.  These tales include a man who silenced an entire restaurant and produced a jazz quartet to accompany his ‘subtle’ proposal of marriage - only to be brutally refused and ran out on, and an ex army major who seized a truck full of sheep instead of IRA arms… it certainly promises to be an interesting evening!
